Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ananya Child Development and Early Intervention Clinic, we operate with a fair and clear refund and cancellation policy. Here are the key points:

1. Consultation Fee: The fee we charge is primarily for consultations with our Child Psychologist.

2. Cancellation and Refund: If an appointment is booked but the patient decides not to proceed with the consultation, we commit to refunding the payment within 5 working days.

3. Post-Consultation: However, please be aware that once the consultation has taken place, under no circumstances can we offer a refund.
